ProspectIQ is a Windows desktop app. It runs entirely on your machine using a headless Chromium browser. Your leads are stored in a local SQLite database — nothing is stored in the cloud except AI email generation, which routes securely through our server.
Any SMTP provider works — Gmail (with a Google App Password), Outlook, Zoho, custom domain SMTP, etc. You enter your credentials directly in the app. Starter gets 1 SMTP account, Pro gets 3, and Agency gets 5.
Each time you generate an email, ProspectIQ sends the business name, website, and your sender info to our server which calls Claude AI to write a contextual cold email. Starter plans get 50 AI credits/month. Pro and Agency get unlimited.
ProspectIQ automatically injects a 1×1 tracking pixel into every email and wraps all links through our tracking server. When a recipient opens or clicks, it's logged to your account. No third-party email service provider (ESP) required.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month subscriptions managed through PayPal. Cancel directly from your PayPal account at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Laws vary by region. In Canada, CASL applies. In the US, CAN-SPAM governs commercial email. ProspectIQ is a tool for legitimate B2B outreach. You are responsible for complying with applicable email laws in your jurisdiction, including providing an unsubscribe mechanism.
